Panelist On SM-ing Virtual Theatre

Updated: Aug 20, 2020

I had a great time speaking with other panelists recently on a webinar for stage managing virtual theatre. We discussed the technologies we're utilizing (Zoom, Open Broadcaster Software, Streamyard, YouTube, and many others), and we talked about what it means to run a rehearsal room, tech a show, and livestream a performance in these virtual times.

It was an honor to be invited to share the space with top-notch stage managers Amanda Spooner, Cherie B. Tay, and Caroline Ragland. They're on the cutting edge of virtual theatre right now, and I loved the chance to learn from them during the panel. I will post a recording as soon as it becomes available.
